देश की जनता को श्री नेहरुजी के द्वारा ” सेक्युलर ” माडल पर निर्मित एकमात्र
राज्य ” जम्मू-काश्मीर ” के निर्माण की विशेषताएँ भी तो पता चलना चाहिए ।

यह तो भला हो कि हैदराबाद राज्य ( अब तेलंगाना व आंघ्र ) का विलय
गृहमंत्री श्री सरदार पटेलजी ने नेहरु जी को , हवा मे उड़ान भरने से पहले
ही पूरा करवा लिया था वरना वह राज्य भी , आज-तक देश का नासूर ही
बना रहता !!
श्री जवाहर लाल नेहरुजी की हठवादिता व उनके सेक्यूलर प्रयोग ने जम्मू-काश्मीर
राज्य को इतने घाव दिये कि वहाँ की स्वाभिमानी जनता को अपना सर्वस्व गँवाकर
घाटी छोड़कर भागना पड़ा , उसी पार्टी की नेत्री इंदिराजी ने बाद में संविधान में ,
धर्मनिरपेक्षता व समाजवाद को संविधान में संशोधनों के द्वारा आक्षेपित किया !
मानों देश व राज्य की राष्ट्रवादी जनता का इतना उत्पीड़न कम था ?

आजादी के बाद ” पाक-अधिकृत-काश्मीर ” से जान बचाकर भारत में रह रही ,
हिन्दू आबादी को आज तक विधानसभा में वोट व नागरिकता की शक्तियां नहीं मिली है !
इसी पाप के कर्ता-धर्ता कांग्रेस व नेशनल कांफ्रेंस आजकल संसद में पाक के पक्ष में ,
मुफ्ती मो. सईद के बयान का विरोध करते नजर आ रहे हैं !!!

देखिये , सेकुलरवाद का नवीनतम जीता-जागता प्रमाण जो हम-आप से ,
झूठ बोलकर , इस देश की जनता को नहीं बताया गया ! वह है हमारा
शीश मुकुट हिमवान राज्य ” जम्मू-काश्मीर ” का क्षत-विक्षत मानचित्र
जिसमें लाल रंग का क्षेत्र तो २०१३ में श्री मनमोहन जी के नेतृत्व में ,
श्रीमती सोनियाजी ने चीन को समर्पित करवा दिया है !
किसी को कानों कान खबर भी नहीं हुई !!

हो गये हैं स्वप्न सब साकार , कैसे मान लें हम ?
टल गया सिर से व्यथा का भार , कैसे मान लें हम ??
तो मित्रों ,
श्री मोदीजी ने एक समाधान व चुनौती के रुप में इस राज्य की दिशा व दशा
को सुधारने का जो महान कार्य अपने हाथों में लिया है , वह इतना आसान
भी नहीं है , और जब कांग्रेस का किया छल-छद्म उजागर हो रहा है , तब तो
इनका बात-बात पर भाजपा पर बिसूरने का अधिकार तो बनता ही है !!!

कुछ दिन का समय दीजिए यह मुफ्ती जी अपनी मानसिक-बीमारी
उर्फ ” अवसाद ” से स्वयं ही बाहर आ जायेंगे !!!

Q. What is the difference between shruti and smriti in relation to ancient scriptures?

A. The Sruti and the Smriti are the two authoritative sources of Hinduism.

Differences between Sruti and the Smriti

Sruti literally means what is heard, and Smriti means what is remembered.

Sruti is revelation and Smriti is tradition.

Sruti is direct experience. Great Rishis heard the eternal truths of religion and left a record of them for the benefit of posterity. Smriti is a recollection of that experience.

Sruti is eternal and Smriti is man-made.

Sruti is primary authority and the Smriti is secondary.

Sruti is the final authority. If there is anything in a Smriti which contradicts the Sruti, the Smriti is to be rejected.

Sruti commands nothing. It gives direction only. Smriti commands and give punishments if not followed in the form of prayachits.

Sruti never becomes obsolete but a part of Smriti may become obsolete and require modification or amendment.

Sruti is never changing and thus permanent. Smriti followed at a given time has necessary changes as required. Smriti is thus dynamic in nature.

Srutis are the four Vedas, Rig, Sama, Yajur and Atharva Vedas and 108 Upanishads.
Manu, Parasara, Yajnavalkya, Gautama, Harita, Yama, Visnu, Sankha, Likhita, Brhaspati, Daksa, Angiras, Pracetas, Samvarta, Acanas, Atri, Apastamba and Satatapa are the eighteen sages who mastered the Vedas with their superhuman power and derived the Smrtis from them. Their works are known after them like Manusmrti, Yajnavalkya-smrti, Parasara-Smrti and so on, and they contain all that we need to know about all the dharmas to be adhered to.

Shivashankar Rao Smritis are the ancient sacred law-codes of the Hindus dealing with the Sanatana-Varnashrama-Dharma. They supplement and explain the ritualistic injunctions called Vidhis in the Vedas. The Smritis or Dharma Sastras are founded on the Sruti. The Smritis are based on the teachings of the Vedas. The Smriti stands next in authority to the Sruti. It explains and develops Dharma. It lays down the laws which regulate Hindu national, social, family and individual obligations.
The works which are expressly called Smritis are the law books, Dharma Sastras. Smriti, in a broader sense, covers all Hindu Sastras save the Vedas.
The laws for regulating Hindu society from time to time are codified in the Smritis. The Smritis have laid down definite rules and laws to guide the individuals and communities in their daily conduct and to regulate their manners and customs. The Smritis have given detailed instructions, according to the conditions of the time, to all classes of men regarding their duties in life.
The Hindu learns how he has to spend his whole life from these Smritis. The duties of Varnasrama and all ceremonies are clearly given in these books. The Smritis prescribe certain acts and prohibit some others for a Hindu, according to his birth and stage of life. The object of the Smritis is to purify the heart of man and take him gradually to the supreme abode of immortality and make him perfect and free.
These Smritis have varied from time to time. The injunctions and prohibitions of the Smritis are related to the particular social surroundings. As these surroundings and essential conditions of the Hindu society changed from time to time, new Smritis had to be compiled by the sages of different ages and different parts of India.
